The questions clients ask first

The first in-home visit is obligation-free. We walk the space, talk through how you live in it and discuss realistic budgets. If you go ahead, a design fee is agreed up front and set against the scope of the project, never a percentage surprise at the end.

Yes. Every project includes photorealistic 3D concepts so you can see materials, cabinetry, lighting and proportions in your own room before anything is ordered. Revisions are part of the process, not an extra.

Design and specification typically run four to six weeks. Cabinetry lead times are usually four to twelve weeks. On site, a bathroom is generally five to eight weeks and a kitchen one to 8 weeks, subject to structural work.

I work with a long-standing team of fitters, tilers, electricians, plumbers and decorators across Dorset, Wiltshire, Hampshire and Somerset. You can use your own trades if you prefer, I will coordinate with them either way.

Yes. Cabinetry, worktops, sanitaryware, tiles, lighting and appliances can all be supplied through the studio, which usually means better trade pricing and one point of accountability if something arrives damaged.
