The In-Home Experience
Three stages, one designer, no gaps to fall through
The process is deliberately slow at the start and fast once it's on site. Decisions made properly on paper are decisions nobody pays for twice in plaster.
01
Week 1 · Obligation-free
In-Home Discovery & Measure
I visit you at home. We walk the space, talk about the things that irritate you daily, and I take a full measured survey. You get honest budget bands before any design work starts, and if the project isn't right for the studio, I'll say so.
- Full measured survey and photographic record
- Discussion of how the room is used, not just what it should look like
- Realistic budget ranges for cabinetry, stone, tiling and labour
- Structural and services constraints identified early
02
Weeks 2–6
Photorealistic 3D Concepts & Sourcing
Layout options first, then a developed scheme rendered in 3D so you can stand in the room before it's built. Materials are sourced and sampled in your own light, and every element is scheduled into a written specification.
- Two or three layout options with pros and cons
- Photorealistic renders with the real materials
- Physical samples left with you to live with
- Full specification, schedule and costed proposal
03
From order to handover
Turnkey Project Management & Installation
Orders placed, lead times tracked and trades booked to a single programme. I'm on site at the key stages, first fix, template, install, and I hold the snag list until everything is genuinely finished.
- Ordering, delivery scheduling and lead-time tracking
- Coordination of fitters, tilers, electricians and plumbers
- Site visits at every critical stage
- Snagging, styling and final handover
Stage one is free, and it starts in your kitchen.
