When you use our contact form or project planner, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, postcode, and information about your project such as room type, budget and timings.

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange consultations, and design and deliver your project. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We never sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Where needed to deliver your project, we may share relevant details with trusted suppliers and installers. We also use reputable service providers to host this website and handle email. All are required to keep your information secure.

Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Client project records are kept for up to 6 years for accounting, warranty and legal purposes.

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Email us and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We use a small amount of browser storage to remember your cookie choice. This is essential and doesn't track you.

With your permission only, we use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand which pages are visited, so we can improve the site. IP addresses are anonymised. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.
